Polymer tantalum solid capacitors offer small size with a low profile

Panasonic POSCAP TPS Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors, available now from Mouser, offer a small size with a low profile, measuring just 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.2mm. The series was developed with a facedown terminal structure to house size-sensitive applications.

The devices offer large capacitance with a 150μF to 330μF capacitance range and ±20% capacitance tolerance. They provide a rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 6.3VDC, 2000 hours of endurance at 105C, and an operating temperature scope of -55C to +105C.

The capacitors are Halogen free and RoHS compliant.

These capacitors are developed for usage in electronics circuits including home appliances, audio/visual equipment, computers and other office equipment, optical equipment, and measuring equipment.
